looking for roommate-room available

Description

I have a beautiful, bright, 940 sq ft, 2 bed / 1 bath apartment. 10 x 10.5 unfurnished bedroom with spacious closet for rent. 1 bathroom to share, however has 2 sinks and aplenty of storage.

$400 per month. 1st and last month required. utilities, cable and Internet included. Off street parking. I have a personal 1 car garage and it has extra storage space if needed.

I'm looking for a roommate that will pick up after themselves and help keep the main/shared living areas clean. I could care less what your personal space looks like.
