Hello, we have a beautiful 4 bedroom mountain view house in SE calgary in the New Brighton neighbourhood. We are offering a bedroom and bathroom for rent. Currently 2 of us live here and we would like one person to rent a room

You have your choice of 2 large bright bedrooms. You'll have your own private bathroom. There is a bonus room we will also allow you to create your own living space in. Shared kitchen and laundry.

Internet and cable box with hundreds of channels is included. Utilities are also included. Parking in driveway. Your own pantry in the kitchen and an additional closet outside your bedroom for storage. If you need additional storage we have plenty of space in our garage.

Rent is only $600 for approximately 700 square feet of space to yourself.

We are seeking a female renter who is clean, Cleans up after themselves in the kitchen and someone who works full time.
