About the Town house, it features an open living room and kitchen on the second floor with in unit washer/ dryer on the third floor. Amenities, high speed internet, plenty of parking space along the street. The housing development has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, bbq pits and eating area, function room. About the Location, it’s strategically located tight in the center of downtown Dublin, near the exit of freeway, public bus service is down the road, within 5 minutes to West Dublin/ Pleasanton BART station. A short walking distance to restaurants, dry cleaners, gas stations, parks and trails, shopping, and supermarkets ( Safeway, Whole Foods, Ranch ). About the Room mate, I am a female entrepreneur who works from home and prefer the home to be clean and a peaceful place particularly in the shared spaces. Room mate requirements, Quiet, and clean room mate wanted. No smoking, vaping, recreational drugs. No overnight guest. Preferably you have a corporate jog and able to provide your proof of salary.
