Renting out a room with a closet and a bathroom that is in the hallway but is yours to use. All utilities including wifi are included in the rent and I require no security deposit. There is also an opportunity to pay significantly less on the rent if you agree to babysit my two cats. I am located in the Oildale area next to the airport.
