I am looking for a roommate to stay in a one bedroom in a townhouse.Utilities like internet, water, gas, electricity, and sanitation are included in the price. I prefer females and someone of Asian ethnicity since most people in the house are also in that demographic. No smoking, no pets, no families, and no couples please. The bedroom is a good size and already has a bed, small walk-in closet, bookshelf, tv monitor, lamp, table, and a nightstand. There is a bathroom connected that can also be accessed from the hallway. You will have to share the bathroom with one other person. There are some shared spaces like the kitchen, living room, and the washer and dryer.
