I am offering a substance free/ non-smoking environment. I have one unfurnished bedroom for rent which includes internet access. You would have a bathroom to yourself.Shared kitchen, laundry, garage parking(depending on size of your vehicle).
On bus route, close to shopping plaza (Co Op gas & grocery, Starbucks, subway, shoppers, TD bank, DQ, Dental office, massage therapists, Leopold's pub, nail salon, etc). minute drive to South Edmonton Common. Excellent walking trails-quiet neighbourhood.
We have a cat-so you must be cat friendly. It is just my daughter and I-so I am looking for a female roommate only. Do not want any smokers, vaper's, drugs. Social alcohol only. $/month plus of water bill.
