$1725 6 mo - 1 year Sublet Wanted

Description

We are a newly made (just had a baby) family looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment to sublet from December 2015 (or January 2016) until June 2016, possibly until the end of the year. The apartment can be furnished or unfurnished, but must include heat, hot water, and gas. Trying to avoid two rents (current apartment and deposit for new apartment), so we're looking to settle into a place ASAP.

Why are we looking for a sublet? We're transitioning back to Texas next year to be closer to family and I would like to finish our the school year at the middle school where I work . We both have lived in Brooklyn since 2007 and have established a community in the borough, so we would like to maintain our network here until we leave. Please contact Dionna with any potential leads.
