Large suite, 2 rooms, full bathroom

Description

I have a large suite with two rooms, 2 walk in closets and a full bathroom in the suite. There is also, a game room with a kitchenette right next to it for everyone’s use. If you don’t want to use that. There is a full chef’s kitchen downstairs as well as a washer and dryer. In the back of the house there is two wonderful pergolas on the patio that is surrounded with beautiful flowers trees and bushes. Utilities are included as long as you don’t make the electric go up more than a of the regular pricing. There is also a roommate agreement that you must sign and notarize before moving in as well as complete a background check and credit check.
