A little bit about the place; you would have your own room, the apartment has brand new kitchen appliances, brand new windows, brand new carpet and brand new remodeled bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom are shared, and there is place for storage if you need it. Its a really, really nice place. Rent would be $450 plus utilities.
