** For starters reason for Female Only: I (Husband) work out of state and will only be home once or twice a month. House will be occupied full time by my wife, which is the reason we are requesting Females only.

You will be communicating directly with my wife; questions, viewing, payments etc..

2 stories, Town House, split bedroom floor plan located in Riverside Subdivision (A quiet gated community) off of Race Track Road and Flora Branch Blvd. Publix, Restaurants, Gas stations, CVS, Walgreens etc across the street.

Rent is $150 per week all Utilities Included (Light, Water, Direct TV, AC, Heat, Wifi etc) (No Lease)

WHAT YOU ARE GETTING::
11x11 Pvt Bedroom, Queen size Bed, Semi-Walk-in closet, Pvt Bathroom, 19in TV with Direct TV, STREET PARKING ONLY. Garage and Drive way will be off limits.

WHAT YOU WILL HAVE FULL /SHARE USE OF:
HE Washer and Dryer, Wi-Fi Internet, Kitchen, living room, patio area.

BASIC RULES:
-Must be mature and clean, and easy going, NO DRAMA…
-No access/ passage through the garage area. Only allowed to use the front and rear doors.
-NO SMOKERS at all, (not even outside smokers)
-No Pets
-Single occupancy only (No Overnight Guest )
-NO SHOES allowed on carpeted stair case. (Rest of House OK with shoes)

REQUIREMENTS
-Proof of Employment,
-Must past Background Check!!!!!
-Move in Fee is first week $150 and $250 Deposit ($400)
-if you wish to pay monthly to avoid the 5th week in the months that have 5 weeks. Its $600 per mth, Plus $250 Deposit. (Move in Fee $850)
