*Again, November rent is paid already
* I have moved to California because of my job changing, so I'm looking for someone to sublease my apartment from November .
*This is a no-furniture room, but I just bought a sofa and a queen size mattress with metal frame. Its free if you sublease the room. If you dont need them, I'll just take them out. There are also some free small furniture in the apartment.
*The apartment has a washer and a dryer, free covered parking lot and free internet with high speed.
*The room is big enough for at least one people to live in.Big closet.
*The rent will be expired on August, 2016.
