Hello! I am looking for a roommate for my Eagle Apartment. You have a private room and semi-private bath (shared with guests). Very nice apartment and great location with easy access to downtown, meridian, and all other treasure valley locations.
Rent is $1185 a month, open to splitting 50/50, or adjusting if needed. Obviously prefer a 50/50 split, but if you are awesome and can only do $500 a month, I will make it work!
Utilities we would have to split 50/50 and we are only responsibld for electricity (will vary) and internet ($40/month). Both are already in my name.
I am easy to get along with and super outgoing and friendly. I have a full time job and am very responsible. I do not do drugs or smoke (expect the same).
Apartment allows pets and I'm not opposed to a small dog if you have one! :)
Looking for someone friendly, ambitious, and easy to get along with.
