If any of you guys are looking for a place to live in the spring, or know someone looking for a place. My roomate Olivia and I are looking for a roomate for the upcoming spring semester. We live in the Stone Creek at Druid Hills Apartment Complex. It will be a 4-5 month lease from mid December 2015 to mid May 2016.
It is a 7 min drive from GT campus. It is a master bedroom with room enough for a person or two. The area is very quiet, safe, and has a forest feel. The apartment is fairly new and so are the appliances, it has a lot of amenities. Rent for the room will be about $650/month excluding utilities.
Olivia and I are clean respectable people so we expect the same from you.
