Male Roommate Wanted

Description

I live in Broadway Village Apartments. It's a quite and nice area. Total rent is $670 a month but split between two people it's $335. Utilities runs around $80 and that is split between the both of us. I have fully furnished the apartment except the room you will have. Feel free to contact me with questions or contact/look up the apartment complex on line for details. My roommate is selling his lease and runs from Aug 1st to August of 2016 (1 year). Must be either a grad student or hold a full time job to live here. Not my rules those are the apartment complex rules.
