Lease Takeover

Description

I am moving out of town so I am looking for a female who can take over the remainder of my lease that is up at the end of April 2016. The room will be available January 15. It is in the new Baxter Meadow apartments right off of Baxter. It is a great location and has a lot of features. The bedroom for rent is 10x10. Rent is $525 a month plus electricity which is usually around $50-$90 a month. Roommate is a female college student who works part time. She is quiet and clean and respectful of your space.
