The house is a 3 bedroom/2 full bath unit. I use one of the rooms as my office. The room available to rent has a city/ocean view and the living room/kitchen area will get a nice breeze of wind from the windward side. This is a super convenient location because it is in town close to UH/HPU/downtown/airport/Likelike/Pali/H1 and Walgreens/Kamehemeha Shopping center is right around the corner too. Bus stop is 2 blocks away too.

Rent includes:
-Furnished room approx. 11' x 11'
-Full size bed with linens
-Built-in desk and drawers
-Built-in wall mounted bookcases
-Ceiling fan with lights
-Large closet with mirrored sliding doors (there are some hangers already in there)
-Furnished full size bathroom (you are free to get you own shower curtain & towels, but I have those things already in place for convenience)
-Washer/Dryer located inside
-Shared kitchen/living room
-Utilities: water included, electric separate
-Free and safe street parking
-Internet optional (there is wi-fi throughout the house)

Terms: Deposit & 1st month rent $1,000 due prior to moving in. Looking for short term (minimum 6 months) and/or long term based on compatibility. Month to month is possible, but not preferred.
