We have a large room in a 4-bedroom apartment in East Flatbush. The apartment has a washer machine, 2 half-bathrooms and 1 full bathroom with a shower and shared kitchen. The room is furnished with a queen-size bed, mattress, desk and dresser. It is a corner room with 2 windows and A/C.

Will be available starting November . Currently occupied by an international student, who will be transferring to a different university. You are welcome to see it anytime with a notice.

You will be sharing with 3 females (work and study full time), all very quiet and polite, professionals. Apartment is in a private house and is very quiet and peaceful. It is about -minute walk from 3 train (Sutter Avenue-Rutland Road station) and about -minute bus ride from 4 train (Crown Heights-Utica Avenue station). Can use large living space as well.
