Gorgeous room 5 minutes from restaurant and bars in Old Town in Scottsdale. Private, newly-renovated bathroom and sliding door access to deck. HUGE walk in, lit up closet with full length mirror door (3 clothing bars and 3 sets of shelves--big enough that you could comfortably sleep on the floor)! I'm moving back home after the holidays to the East Coast which is why I'm putting the room up for rent, but doing so knowing this is probably the nicest apartment I'll ever have, especially at this price. The complex was renovated before move in and all of the paint, Counter tops and carpet are brand new. There's laundry inside the unit and the pool/volleyball area outside is gorgeous. My roommate is AWESOME (24 year old female from NC) with the friendliest/well-trained rescue dog (swear I've never heard him bark). Willing to leave furniture (queen size bed, dresser, nightstand and floor lamp) if needed for VERY low price.
