I am getting an apartment on the 26th of this month and am looking for a CLEAN and quiet roommate with a stable job (FEMALES OR COUPLES PREFERRED). Has to be good with animals (I have a cat). Deposit is $100. First month's rent will be about $550 after that will be $450 excluding utilities. Rent will be lowered if you share the room of course. It is totally unfurnished for now but I will get furniture soon. 420 friendly! The apartment is located off exit 104 on pleasant hill.
