Hello, I have 2 rooms for rent within a 3 bedroom townhouse. Both rooms are upstairs and have a shared bathroom and downstairs living quarters. The appt is very quiet, clean, and private and surrounded by awesome neighbors within this HOA. Rooms are 400$/month with a first month deposit. Utilities are split in which I pay the majority between 3 (Average water/sewer and electric one pays ~80$-100$/month). Available move in date is mid November to December 1st on, with flexibility on 6-12 month leases available. I have a heavy work demand being a two year post-graduate individual and look forward in finding chill and fun roommates.
