hi i have a nice size room for rent looking for someone who is clean and friendly preferably female and a child is welcome. willing to take at least $500 a month and this will include digital cable with movie channels, internet, and also there is an home phone.There is also a full bedroom set if needed if not it can be removed, the house is great for entertaining and when summer rolls back around there is a private pool on the property also there is a washer and dryer in the home.
