One room for 700 per mo:
You will have to share the bathroom with the other roomate.

One room for 800 per mo:
with its own bathroom (WITH JACUZZI TUB)


BRAND NEW BATHROOMS , and KITCHEN

There is the laundry (washer and dryer) in one of the rooms.
and we can also use the one in the building..

Condo all furnished, updated, EVERYTHING IS CLEAN, bathroom, bedrooms, living area and kitchen... Appliances (BIG Oven, Microwave, Fridge, Toaster, Coffee Machine, washing machine, dryer and clothing machine, etc...), queen/big sizes beds, dressing, desks, chairs, tables, lamps etc .. Internet, TV, AC, Water, Electricity, CLEAN Swimming pool , Guest parking if you bring your car,
or there is a huge parking at the church parking 10 seconds walking from the house.
