Looking for a someone to takeover my lease soon before or when 2nd semester starts, i have a room available at Coug Towers apartments now, literally right behind Valhallas. It's a very nice location and basically on campus and greek row. I have two roommates now (a guy, a girl, and a cat) that are super chill and 420 friendly. Altho the girl will also be moving out next semester so another room will become available 2nd semester. It's $705 a month with wifi included, electricity split between all three of us thru avista which so far was $9, and deposit and security is already paid for.
