I currently have a room at University Woods Apartment complex. It is about 6 minutes from NCSU. It is part of a four bedroom apartment. Currently there are 3 other girl room mates two currently go to NCSU and one to Wake tech. They are very quiet and respectful. The room has its own lock and key, own clothes and bathroom. The kitchen, sunroom and living room are shared between the other room mates. Pets are allowed. One room mate has a small dog under 12 lbs. rent is $365 a month (includes utilities). Internet is additional but only around $15 a month. If you are interested please let me know. avaiable as soon as possible. There is an application that must be filled out with the apartment complex (there is a one time charge of $180), this will be for transferring the lease into your name.
