I'm an outgoing, social & independent straight female who is very clean & responsible. Looking for someone likeminded who will feel this is their home but still respect that this is my home. Extrovert or introvert is fine. I'm pretty social but like my private time occasionally. Would prefer rent be paid every 2 weeks but am flexible. Very straightforward. If I have a problem I'll let you know in a respectful manner & expect the same in return. Very easy to get along with as long as you pull your weight in cleaning the common areas, stay out of my food, drink & personal things & respect my home. 420 friendly as long as my house doesn't smell like Amsterdam.
