Roommate wanted to share condo

I am a 45 year old female looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath fully furnished, 2 story condo. Vacancy beginning October 1st. (Earlier vacancy possible). Would prefer at least a 6 month lease, but willing to try month to month to confirm compatibility.

All renters must pass a background check before moving in.
All renters must be currently employed.
All renters must provide 3 personal references.
No smoking/drugs.
Potential pets: Must be less than 15 lbs. based on HOA rules. (Additional $500 non-refundable deposit required).

Must be a kind, quiet and relatively easy going person with a sense of humor. My condo is clean, bright, and current updated with driveway parking. It has a full sized washer/dryer, back porch, and a pool for use in summer only. The main part of the condo is furnished as you will see in pictures. You would be expected to provide your own bedroom furniture and bathroom shower curtain & rod. You must be ok with dogs as I have a small 10 lb. doxie.

The condo is conveniently located right off Van Mall Dr. near the Vancouver Mall. Freeways access & bus lines are extremely close. Rent and all utilities including water, electric, garbage, internet, cable & alarm system are included in rent of $700/month. First, last & $500 refundable deposit required.
