Roommate needed for 2bed/2bath loft

I'm looking for 1 roommate to share this 2 level loft style apartment in Gaithersburg Station Apartments. The room that is up for grabs is the 2nd bedroom(unfurnished) that has a walk-in closet and its own private bathroom. The unit comes with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances for the kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. The complex was built in the last couple of years and is maintained very well. If you have a car there is a 4-level garage centrally located in the apartment complex. The building does have controlled access so only residents and their guests can enter. It has a 24hr gym, pool, theater room, and business center with wifi.

The rent would be $852.50/mnth and we would split the utilities(your share would be ~$145 or so). The room is available immediately. The current lease term will end Aug. 2016. Must be able to stay till the end of the lease.The property will require a $250 security deposit, $50 application fee(credit and background check), and an additional $45 per month to park in the garage(free street parking is available around the building).
