My roommate is moving to Texas for a new job opportunity. I am looking for a new roommate to move in and take his place sometime in September or 1st of October. I am interested in young professionals that are within the ages of 24-30, male or female.

About the place:
- The building is directly across the street from St. Paul's Farmers Market and the CHS stadium where the St. Paul Saints play (300 4th Street East)
- 2 blocks from Mears Park
- Easy access to 94
- First floor unit, approximately 10 feet off the street level, pretty private
- Huge Windows in all rooms
- A lofted den that has room for a couch or desk, currently I have a desk up there for work purposes
- 2 bedroom, 2 full baths
- 2 floors
- 1,000+ sq feet
- $925/month rent that you will need to pay
- Electricity and Internet have historically been between about $50-60/month, this can be discussed in more detail depending on your needs
- Parking is available for rent in the building, may need to get on a waiting list but there is a lot down the street that you can utilize
- Living Room and Kitchen are pretty fully furnished, there is no room for couches and tables
- 2nd Bedroom and hallway full bath would need to be furnished
- There is a ~60" TV in the Living Room and just about every other piece of technology you need (Xbox Kinect, Apple TV, DVD player with surround sound)

About You:
- I am looking for a very clean, respectful, fun and chill roommate
- Background check is a requirement by the landlord as well as proof of employment
- Having no pets is preferred
- This is a perfect situation for someone that doesn't have a lot of furniture or perhaps just travels a lot but still wants to live downtown St. Paul

- Male, single, 26, from Michigan, moved to Minnesota roughly 3.5 years ago
- I play several sports throughout the year, train for triathlons, and heavily involved in charity/networking within the twin cities
