Room in nice 2600sqft home

Would like to rent a room out in my house. It's a nice 3/2 2600sqft in a great neighborhood in the Bartlett area with loads of room. Has a privacy fenced in backyard with patio. Two car garage and driveway. Washer/dryer, dishwasher ect. Room will have private bath pictured. Only pictures I really have on hand are from when the place was empty but i can provide updated pictures to anyone interested. Little about myself, I'm 28, professional, artist, muscian, hobbyist. Frequently play guitar, piano, and ukelele, in a respectable manor. Not a partier but I do have people over for bbq's sometimes. I have a medium sized husky mix, gets along great with people and cats and other dogs. Preferably looking for a somewhat like minded, reliable, dramafree female roommate, or a guy who does not "work on stuff" being that with my hobbies and projects I do and my race car there's not a whole lot of other room for other "man stuff".
