Home: 3 bedroom/2.5 baths townhouse with finished basement and patio
Pets: No pets please

Room for rent - $850/ month
Pictures included of the bathroom and room for rent
Room: Unfinsihed - Medium sized room (sorry I don't have exact measurments)
Utilities: Water, electric, gas and cable included in monthly rent
Short term lease availble - 3 or 6 months, with month to month therafter
Move in requirments: Fair credit rating, 2 references, 1st month rent and security deposit ($850+$600)

About me:
I currently work in heathcare consulting so I travel frequently. I am outgoing, and occasionally have friends over for game nights, etc. I am respectful of personal space and am looking for someone who will have the same respect.
