I am looking for a roommate because I absolutely LOVE the community I live in and I don't want to move. The rent is $930, but you would only pay $400. 1/2 electric and 1/2 cable. I pay all water and trash. There is a seasonal pool here and a work out room at the clubhouse. My home is conveniently located on the EAST side of Lake Geneva, right off of highways 12 & 50. I am very clean, and own one cat. The community is dog friendly but asks $20 extra per month. I love animals and would welcome yours. The room has a queen size custom Verlo mattress, a 4 drawer dresser, and a desk. There is an empty closet and space for your belongings. I would also offer storage in my private garage. You also receive a permitted outdoor parking space, and I have the garage - which is why I'm only asking for $400 a month. I feel that is fair, and I hope you do too! :) Please contact me!
