A few minutes away from Downtown Frederick, 10 minutes away from mall, and 5 minutes away from Ballenger Creek Park (ball fields, picnic area, trails, dog park).

Close to I-270 and I-70.

Security deposit of $700 and first month's rent required during move-in. $300 holding fee required to secure room that could be put towards security deposit.

I am a 29 year old professional female who is friendly and laid-back.
