Looking for a clean and safe place

Description

I'm looking for a place with a decent sized room and closet or two rooms. I have a daughter who'm I have primary custody of. She goes to her mother's every other weekend. I also have a very tame, very clean indoor cat. He has had all shots and vaccinations and has also been dipped and treated so has absolutely no fleas. He is brushed pretty much daily and I keep his litter clean at all times, so no odors or messes.

I'd prefer to find a Christian roommate or someone who will not be a negative influence around my daughter. She is the most important part of my life and I hope to find a good environment for her.

I work in Irving but currently have my daughter in school in East Plano so I'd like to find something in between the two areas, such as Carrollton, Addison or Richardson But as long as it's in or contingent to Dallas County I am open.
