I have a room for rent in my home in Costa Mesa.
$ per month. Utilities included. $ deposit. Month to Month lease but I would prefer to find a long-term roommate. The room is available now.

I prefer a male roommate who is quiet, responsible and cleans up after himself. No pets. No Smoking, No Vaping, No drugs. This room is available for one occupant only. No Couples.

The room comes unfurnished and features a closet and ceiling fan. The room dimensions are ”. The bathroom is directly across the hallway from the bedroom. It’s a shared bathroom but you would only have to share it with anyone who comes over to visit.

You will have full house privileges. The house has a nice-sized living room, a kitchen, and a great backyard. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. There is plenty of parking on the street directly in front of the house.

The house is located in a great neighborhood of Costa Mesa called Mesa Del Mar. Walking distance from Tewinkle Park, OC Fair Grounds, OCC, The Camp, and The Lab. Quick access to Bristol, the freeways. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.

You would be sharing the house with me. I own the home. I grew up in Irvine/Newport Beach. I work full-time in hospitality management. I am very laid back and can get along with almost anyone. I enjoy cooking, traveling, camping, hiking, and going to the beach.

Deposit is $. Must show proof of income and pass a background/eviction check. The room is available now.
