Hello I'm Jeremiah I'm years old I'm looking to rent this bedroom out to some one it's not to far from downtown I have to dogs must be okay and friendly with dogs you'll have your own parking spot as well not on the street I work from : pm I know the struggle when it comes to needing some where to stay I was homeless at one point no drugs aloud here marijuana is okay but thats it I'm pretty laid back and chill as long as you respect my space and keep in mind I'm rent as well so no damages and be respectful and not alot of company at all I have one person come over and that's it this house ain't a trap house lol I'm looking for someone to respect me and respect my neighbors if interested please call me utility's included water sewer Internet power and gas
