Looking for a roommate

Hey! My name is Danae, I’m a Junior, and I’m looking for a roommate for the school year. I live in one of the condos in the Sunridge area. The condo is a bath so you would have your own bathroom. There is also a loft so you would also essentially have your own floor as well. The upstairs has a balcony and there is a patio on the bottom floor. The washer and dryer is also in-unit. It’s convenient that the bus stop is right outside the building so you won’t have to walk far. The rent is $ per person) not including utilities. Water is included in the rent.
