Suburban house to be shared

Description

square-foot home with nice yard to be shared. I work out of town and you will be here alone for most of the school year. I am looking for someone who is non-smoking and does not have pets that is clean and respects the place. If you’re gonna have guests, give me notice. It’s a quiet neighborhood so no crazy parties beyond o’clock.
