Description

This apartment is at The Albert, in the heart of downtown Detroit near Campus Martius. Plenty of space for a couple and a pet. Soundproof walls. Lots of windows and good sunlight, especially at sunset. Nice neighbors and great management. The building has a gym, a giant communal area for hanging out, work, and other gatherings, HVAC, a secured package room, secured entrances, trash chutes, and a laundry room. There's also garage parking for an added fee.
