Hello, we are renting out spare rooms in our spacious-single floor Bath single-family home. Only one occupant per room (price will change for couple).

• Church, Morgan Hill public Library, and Morgan Hill City center at walkable distance.
• Close drive to everything else you might need (Traders Joe's, Safeway, Target, Walmart, TJ max, DICKS, Home Depo, Community Recreation Center with Sports/Gym facility, Indoor/Outdoor swimming pools etc.)

• Private bed/shared bath in modern Ba single-story single-family house in old Morgan Hill neighborhood.
• Available starting January for months lease, possibly longer.
• Plenty of street parking and limited drive-way parking.
• Rent $ for furnished room and $ for unfurnished (Trash and WiFi included. Electricity/ Water separate & shared)
• Common areas furnished, room is fully furnished with a bed, dresser, nightstand, lamp, and curtains.
• Guest renter(s) will have access to the living room kitchen and its amenities.
• The guest renters assigned hallway bathroom (spacious twin sink with plenty of cabinet space). The common laundry room is equipped with full-size brand-new washer and a full-size dryer.
• Complimentary monthly cleaners.
• No pets (allowed with roommate's consensus), no smoking/vaping, no loud parties.

EXPECTATION:
• Employed, mature, responsible, clean, communicative and environmentally conscious housemate preferred.
