Housing sublet from APR

Description

I have a room available for sublet for the spring quarter of from April 7th to June . I am currently a 4th year Finance Student and my roommates are also 4th years, studying engineering, ITP and Business.

My roommates are all very social people and some of their hobbies include hiking, camping, going to the gym and much more!

The room is a single and is a great size. Rent is $ per month and the house is located on Highland drive, between Jeffery and Patricia. It is a 1 mile walk/drive to campus on highland and the bus route is on our street, though I prefer to bike to campus. The house also has an awesome yard and the living spaces tend to remain clean and put together, so we are looking for someone that is willing to do their part keeping the place nice.

I have included a few pictures of the room below, and if needed I will be able to leave the desk and chair, however the dresser in the closet and bed will be removed.
