ISO roommate for bath luxury apartment in Anaheim, CA beginning March 1st.

You would have your own bedroom/bathroom, and full access to common spaces, as well as in unit washer/dryer.
Apartment amenities include: Fitness Center, Rooftop Deck, Basketball Court, Grilling Area, Pool and Spa, etc.

The apartment offers flexible lease rates, based off of income, so you must make at least twentythree an hour (full time) for us to qualify. You must be willing to be on the lease as well.

About Me: Thirty year old professional, mother to an almost 2 year old son that I have on a week on/week off basis. I like to keep common spaces clean, and would want a roommate that appreciates cleanliness as well. I work a Monday-Friday, standard hours, job, and try to spend my weekends out with friends and family.
I want home to feel like home for us, so I’d love the chance to get to know you prior to signing into a lease together. Would prefer another woman and/or parent as a roommate, but could be open to a couple depending on the situation.
