House is right across from campus on Shields street perfect for csu students like myself! Super wonderful house! Very spacious and large backyard. Even though it is on shields street the bushes and trees block the noise so it is very quiet. Plumbing, carpet, and basement bathroom has just been redone by the landlord. One bedroom available upstairs and one down stairs.
I am looking for two roommates to join me in August and sign by February th (landlords request). I am a florist and junior at csu studying marketing. I have lived in this house for a year and my roommates are moving and and I am looking for people to fill their spot! I am a clean person, I love cooking, socializing, hosting dinners and gardening!
