Apartment near the back of the complex and in a very quiet area. The property managers have split the apartment into 2 bedrooms with a curtain. I am currently in the curtained off room while whoever moves in would be in the walled off room to themselves. It’s a very large space even with the curtained off room with one shared bathroom and laundry is in the complex. Neighbors are very nice and lots of stores in the area with nothing being too far out of reach. CSUMB is also less than minutes away
