I am a McMaster alumni looking for a roommate to share my 2 bedroom house with (near the Hamilton General Hospital). I will be the only other occupant of the house.

About the home:
- Newly renovated (decorating still in progress)
- 1 unfurnished bedroom available for rent
- In unit laundry
- Central heating / air conditioning
- Backyard garden (you could plant some herbs or vegetables this summer!)
- Secure shed in backyard (with lock) for extra storage if interested.
- Free street parking infront of the house (or permit for $/month in municipal parking lot)
- Video doorbell and keyless entry for added security, and has a smart thermostat and TV.
- Asking $ - all utilities included

About the neighborhood:
- Kind neighbors, all families have lived in the residential area for years
- Close to the Hamilton General Hospital ( min walk max)
- Close to Mai Pai, Comma Cafe, Motel and other great restaurants
- Close to a large plaza with a Walmart, McDonalds, Metro, Staples, Winners, Dollarma, LCBO, etc.

About me:

- Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office)
- Grew up in Burlington, ON
- Love reading, cooking, gardening and spending time with friends / family.
- Completed both my undergrad and grad studies at Mac
- Respectful, considerate, quiet and clean

I am looking for a room mate that is:

- Career professional or Student (senior or grad student)
- Non-smoking
- No pets
- 6 month lease minimum
- Respectful, mature and clean

I have one friendly adult tabby cat (she is years old) and mostly sleeps all day in my room. She is quiet and clean. I am not looking to bring additional animals into the home. No pets. Sorry.
