Description

Starting in mid-February, I have a spacious furnished room available for rent plus $ utilities. The room comes with a king-size bed, TV, TV stand, nightstand, and small dresser. If you prefer using your own furniture, arrangements can be made.

I share the home with my two friendly small dogs who get along well with other pups. I'm open to a housemate with a small dog as well.

You'll have your private bathroom, which also serves as the main bathroom for guests when needed.

Shared spaces include a living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room/pantry, and a fenced backyard.

While smoking isn't allowed indoors (as I am a non-smoker), outdoor smoking is fine.

Located near Belvedere Park in Decatur, the home is less than min from downtown Decatur and just min to East Atlanta Village. It's conveniently close to downtown and all major highways.

A $ move-in fee covers a background check required for each person. There is a refundable deposit equal to one month's rent at the end of your lease, and a $ pet deposit per pet (no ongoing pet rent).

This is an LGBTQ-friendly home, and I'm excited to find a great fit for this welcoming space!
