I am looking to fill a master bedroom in a 3B 2B apartment, the rent is 1850 and the apt is an a luxury high rise in midtown west. There is a laundry in the building and two blocks from port authority. so a very central location. There is a laundry and gym in the building and the apt is on a high floor with spectacular views. Also the bath is private .

Looking for a female who is sociable, respects other people's privacy and a good credit with stable job(proof of employment 40X rent; its a building requirement) to take over a year long lease from 12/1 or 12/5 (if all roommates are fine with it since that's a Saturday).
