Sublet my room in 78704!

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in an awesome 2/2 in 78704. It’s a townhouse/duplex unit.

The unit has a backyard, washer/dryer, garage, 2 parking spaces and is located in a quiet culdesac. I would love to stay here but I found a great deal on a 1 bedroom apartment that I couldn’t pass up!

My current roommate is a super sweet girl from Houston. We’ve lived together for three years and have had a great time. She’s very friendly but also respects personal space. She’s clean and we don’t even really see each other too often because she’s got a pretty busy schedule with work and other obligations.

It is available any time between now and December 20th and the lease goes through May 31, 2016 with option to renew (but my roommate will not be staying past that date). The room has two walk in closets, a built-in vanity and a window view of lots of greenery/trees (no other houses!).

This place is really a steal for the area!
