Driveway parking with possible garage parking as well (negotiable)

All Utilities included (electricity, water, cable, high speed internet, and trash/recycling)
Plenty of storage in the basement if needed
Close to major bus routes and I-25
20 minutes to Flatirons or Downtown Denver, 10 minutes to the Orchard
Smoking ok but not allowed in the house, in the garage, covered porch or outside are fine
No 420 due to an impressionable 14 year old in the home
Price for this room is $550/mo, Security deposit of $350.00 is required
Lease terms are negotiable but would prefer a 6 month lease
45 days move out notice required
Deposit will be refunded with a 30 day notice, the room, bathroom, and common areas aren't damaged, and rent is paid up to date
A $35 background check fee will apply to first month's rent if you move in. **Must have a verifiable income
Share main floor with single female. Single male, and 14 year old boy occupy the basement.
Would prefer a male (25-40) but flexible for the right fit. We would like to find someone who will share household duties/chores, inside and out but I take care of the majority myself. Slobs, we are not...clean freaks, we are not. This is a family home, not a rooming house so we're looking for the right person who clicks us.
Three well behaved dogs. No other pets (sorry), no drugs, no domestic violence or sex offenses.
Large yard that is a work in progress,covered patio area with ceiling fan and a basketball court. Future plans include a fire pit, extended patio with seating, and a horseshoe pit
