Flatmate wanted to share 4 bed house near Ladywell station - zone 3. 15 minutes from Lewisham - zone 2. Both stations are 10 minutes to central London on overground. Room is furnished and house has large lounge and garden, 1 bathroom and separate toilet. You will be sharing with three professionals including live in landlady. We are relaxed, open minded and sociable although we work full time so the house is pretty quiet during the week. We enjoy travel, arts and music and will be doing viewings over the next few weeks. Rent is inclusive of bills and security deposit is £500. Room available from19th October onwards.
