I am a -year-old male and a full-time doctoral candidate seeking a room to rent in the Boulder-Denver corridor. I’m open to locations as far north as Longmont and as far south as Centennial. I prefer an urban setting with access to public transit and a good walk score.

When I’m not studying, I enjoy working out and hiking, and I’m planning to return to ice skating and playing ice hockey this fall.

My budget is $ per night ($/month), and I’m looking to move in by March . Additionally, I have a set of hand tools and would be happy to help with minor tasks or repairs around the house.
